At Integrity Healthcare Communities, we offer something that is unique: peace of mind. We are a young contracted management company for long term care facilities across central and southern Illinois.  We are building success on a foundation of core values guided by the reality that every decision we make has an impact on our residents, future residents, their families and our employees.

Our Integrity Career Development Center hosts a PRN pool for RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.  We are always recruiting the very best candidates to fill this pool and work in our 13 Integrity communities.  Individuals are hired to work in temporary nursing positions at one or multiple Integrity communities.

PRN SALARIES ARE

Registered Nurses – Starting at $45 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurses – Starting at $35 per hour

Certified Nursing Assistants – Starting at $20 per hour

 

At the end of 6 months, PRN employees will have the option to be placed at an Integrity community in a permanent position at the salary rate of the facility, including benefits and an experience wage factor.

 

PRN employees are eligible for a “Buddy Bonus” for referring a friend who accepts employment with Integrity.

 

At the end of one year, PRN employees who continue employment with an Integrity community

may be eligible for a $10,000 bonus!
