Integrity Healthcare of Cobden – Location

Sherry Belcher is the Administrator of Integrity Healthcare of Cobden.  She has twenty-five years experience in healthcare.  She has a degree in Social Work and is working on her Masters.  She is a certified Dementia Practitioner.  Sherry’s primary goal is to help her residents to reach their full potential.  She is a ‘hands on’ administrator and it isn’t uncommon to find her outside of her office, doing things that need to be done throughout the facility.  Leading by example is her motto and she practices that on a daily basis.

When she isn’t working, Sherry says “I enjoy raising two handsome boys, Nate and Reese!”  Nate is in college and is a pre-med student.  Reese is an Anna Jonesboro Wildcat football player and Sherry enjoys following the Friday night games. Sherry is devoted to her community and is a member of the Delta Theta Tau Sorority.

Located in a small rural community surrounded by farmland, orchards and forests, Integrity Healthcare of Cobden is a leading provider of long-term care, providing skilled services for long and short term stays.  Our facility offers a full continuum of services and is dedicated to meeting our residents’ physical, medical and emotional needs.

Our 74 bed facility is located on the south side of Cobden, Illinois.  Our facility is VA Contracted, Medicare/Medicaid certified.  Many insurances are accepted and staff can work with clients to verify approval.

Integrity Healthcare of Cobden is a facility that hosts the Adapt of Illinois Geropsychiatric and Special Needs Program.  This program provides specialized psychiatric rehabilitation services to geriatric persons with serious mental illness.  Adapt staff work in conjunction with the facility staff to develop and individualize the plans of care for the residents.  Holistic approaches to meeting medical, mental health and behavioral needs have been adopted as a routine protocol of care for all residents of the home.

Please visit our “Services” page for information about specific types of care provided.

It is so important to maintain partnerships in our communities.  Church groups, clubs and organizations, schools and local businesses often visit our facility and share with our residents.  The Cobden Jr. High Fellowship of Christian Athletes donated Easter Flowers for all our residents! Daffodils galore!  Plenty for each of our residents and plenty more for our table centerpieces.  What a wonderful gift.
